LSTE is a widely recognised gathering of quality assurance professionals, first held in 2014. Each year it brings together testing professionals to share knowledge, testing practices and the latest trends in software testing, across a programme of three to four conferences followed by a networking cocktail.
Why data protection and software testing overlap
The CNPD's involvement reflects a growing overlap between the two disciplines: as software testing increasingly touches real user data, personal data protection has become part of what quality assurance teams need to account for, alongside functional correctness and performance.
