Avanti Sharma returns as Master of Ceremonies for the Luxembourg Software Testing Event 2026, following her first appearance in this role in 2025.

A young technology leader, speaker and changemaker based in Luxembourg, Avanti is particularly active in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital education, STEM and innovation. Her growing involvement in AI brings an additional dimension to this year’s edition, complementing the event’s focus on software testing, quality and emerging technologies.

Beyond guiding the audience throughout the day, Avanti brings her energy, curiosity and fresh perspective to the LSTE, helping create a dynamic link between speakers, sessions and participants.

She is also Director of Artificial Intelligence & Growth at Workshop4Me and Founder of Lëtz Make SDGs Happen, and is actively involved in Luxembourg’s technology and innovation ecosystem.

Olivier Denoo is an internationally recognized expert in software testing and quality, with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

He is currently Vice-President of ps_testware SAS, the French subsidiary of ps_testware group, where he has been leading the development of the business since 2007. His responsibilities include business development, team building, strategic partnerships, market visibility and the overall management of the subsidiary. He has also served as a Board Member of ps_testware group since 2012.

Olivier is Vice-President of the ISTQB® – International Software Testing Qualifications Board, having previously served as its President from 2019 to 2023. He is also President of the CFTL – Comité Français des Tests Logiciels – and an IREB Ambassador for France and the French-speaking community.

Throughout his career, Olivier has managed complex projects across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, software publishing and the public sector.

A long-standing international speaker, author and advocate for software quality, Olivier regularly contributes to conferences, professional communities and certification initiatives around the world. His areas of expertise include software testing, quality assurance, quality control, auditing, testing strategy, process improvement and international standards.

Keynote The Tester in 5 Years: AI Perspectives

Eric Riou du Cosquer has worked on IT projects as a developer, tester and test manager, and now operates on large IT projects to make sure QA and test activities are professionally managed and implemented at every level, by every stakeholder.

He is a TMMi accredited assessor and trainer, ISTQB Full Advanced Level certified, a former General Secretary of the ISTQB and a past president of the French ISTQB national board. His work focuses on audit, consulting and training to strengthen requirements engineering and testing processes.

Dominique Righetto, also known by the alias righettod, is a passionate Application Security specialist based in Luxembourg. Highly involved in knowledge sharing and the cybersecurity community, he has been contributing for many years to open-source projects and initiatives dedicated to improving software security.

He currently works at Thales Cybersecurity Services as a Subject Matter Expert in Application Security. Since 2011, he has also been actively involved with OWASP, contributing to several projects and currently leading the OWASP Secure Headers Project.

Alongside his professional activities, Dominique is involved in vulnerability research, open-source development, teaching, and cybersecurity conferences, with a strong focus on practical and accessible application security.

Christophe Cressend is CEO and Co-Founder of Agilitest, a company specialising in functional test automation.

He founded Agilitest with CTO and Co-Founder Pierre Huber with a clear objective: make functional test automation simple and intuitive enough for every member of a development team, while ensuring that automated tests remain stable and robust as applications evolve.

Agilitest provides an intuitive test automation platform designed for both technical and non-technical users. Its approach enables teams to create, maintain and execute automated functional tests across web, desktop, mobile and web-service technologies, while maintaining a clear and continuous view of software quality.

As Agile practices and DevOps integration continue to reshape software delivery, Christophe focuses on making test automation more accessible, reliable and sustainable. His current work also explores the role of artificial intelligence in testing, with an emphasis on AI-powered, human-controlled and deterministic test automation.

Domenico Bianculli is an Associate Professor and Chief Scientist in software engineering at the University of Luxembourg, where he heads the Software Verification and Validation research group at the Interdisciplinary Centre for ICT Security, Reliability, and Trust (SnT).

He received his PhD from the Faculty of Informatics of the University of Lugano, Switzerland, under the supervision of Prof. Carlo Ghezzi.

His research focuses on software engineering, with particular emphasis on the specification, verification and validation of software systems. His current interests include run-time verification, specification languages, log analysis, program analysis and regulatory compliance.

Ouamar Nedil is Director of Performance Engineering at OctoPerf, an enterprise-grade load testing platform built around Apache JMeter. With more than 15 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, he has worked across consulting, pre-sales, technical leadership and client-facing performance strategy.

At OctoPerf, he contributes to advanced testing practices through technical demonstrations, tutorials and content on topics such as JMeter extensions, test-script modularization and scalable performance testing.

Before joining OctoPerf, he worked at Sogeti and CGI on large-scale performance testing projects. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Polytech Paris-UPMC.

Workshop AI & Performance Testing: an end-to-end performance testing campaign in natural language, from scripting to analysis

Maxime Goanvic is a Solution Consultant and Trainer at Agilitest, specialising in software quality, functional test automation and QA strategy.

He supports QA, Product and development teams in designing, deploying and maintaining robust, readable and sustainable test automation strategies. His work focuses on helping organisations reduce test debt, improve coverage and build test environments that remain maintainable over time.

With a background in computer engineering and experience working with QA teams, developers and IT departments across different organisational contexts, Maxime combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs. He helps teams implement accessible automation approaches that can be understood and used by both technical and non-technical profiles.

At Agilitest, he works with organisations to structure their functional testing practices across web, desktop, mobile, API and enterprise environments, combining tooling, QA best practices and team enablement.

He also delivers training and regularly shares his experience on test automation, QA strategy, test industrialisation and the adoption of maintainable automation practices.

Ritabrata Banerjee is Project Lead for Technical Delivery and Client Engagement at Q-Leap, where he has worked on Q-Guard, the company’s test automation solution, since 2023. Reporting to the CEO, he drives product initiatives from solution design to client proofs of concept and production rollout.

With 14 years of experience in cloud-native platforms and enterprise systems, he previously worked as Tech Lead at Satisco, as Lab DevOps Engineer at Amazon Web Services and, for six years, as IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. His expertise spans AWS and Azure, microservices, DevOps and event-driven architectures.

Workshop 4 Q-Guard by Q-Leap, 16:00, with Jonathan Lopez, title to be announced

Jonathan Lopez is a Frontend Engineer at Q-Leap, where he has been building the interface of Q-Guard, the company’s test automation solution, since 2023.

He has been developing web applications in Luxembourg since 2017: as Full-Stack Developer, then Project Leader and Lead Developer at Neos Luxembourg, as Front-End Leader at AllEatOne and as Frontend Developer at LOGDIRECT. Originally trained in graphic and web design, he brings a strong focus on clear, usable interfaces.

Sylvain Perez is CEO of Q-Leap, the Luxembourg software quality company that organises LSTE, and CTO and Product Manager of Q-BOT.

He joined Q-Leap in 2014 as Senior Solution Architect and has led the company since 2016. Before that, he spent more than fifteen years building enterprise software as an engineer and solution architect, notably at Société Générale, Sword Group, RBC Investor Services and Arhs Cube.

Alongside Q-Leap, he is co-founder of Hippocrate, which develops Sigmund, a practice-management application for mental health professionals in Luxembourg, and a founding board member of LinkFacts.

At LSTE 2025 he opened the event and co-led the hands-on lab “Automating Mobile 2FA in Secured Environments with Q-Bot”.

Nikola Krstic is a technical tester at Q-Leap. He has worked for several years in demanding environments, particularly in the banking sector, and his hands-on experience feeds directly into the development of Q-Bot.

After several years at Q-Leap, João Português joined the Testing Factory of POST Luxembourg. He still contributes to the development of Q-Bot, bringing his expertise in test environments and automation.

Seung Yeob Shin is a Research Scientist at the University of Luxembourg, where he has worked since 2016, first as a Research Associate.

Before turning to research, he spent more than five years as a Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics in South Korea.
