Avanti Sharma returns as Master of Ceremonies for the Luxembourg Software Testing Event 2026, following her first appearance in this role in 2025.

A young technology leader, speaker and changemaker based in Luxembourg, Avanti is particularly active in the fields of artificial intelligence, digital education, STEM and innovation. Her growing involvement in AI brings an additional dimension to this year’s edition, complementing the event’s focus on software testing, quality and emerging technologies.

Beyond guiding the audience throughout the day, Avanti brings her energy, curiosity and fresh perspective to the LSTE, helping create a dynamic link between speakers, sessions and participants.

She is also Director of Artificial Intelligence & Growth at Workshop4Me and Founder of Lëtz Make SDGs Happen, and is actively involved in Luxembourg’s technology and innovation ecosystem.

Olivier Denoo is an internationally recognized expert in software testing and quality, with more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

He is currently Vice-President of ps_testware SAS, the French subsidiary of ps_testware group, where he has been leading the development of the business since 2007. His responsibilities include business development, team building, strategic partnerships, market visibility and the overall management of the subsidiary. He has also served as a Board Member of ps_testware group since 2012.

Olivier is Vice-President of the ISTQB® – International Software Testing Qualifications Board, having previously served as its President from 2019 to 2023. He is also President of the CFTL – Comité Français des Tests Logiciels – and an IREB Ambassador for France and the French-speaking community.

Throughout his career, Olivier has managed complex projects across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, retail, software publishing and the public sector.

A long-standing international speaker, author and advocate for software quality, Olivier regularly contributes to conferences, professional communities and certification initiatives around the world. His areas of expertise include software testing, quality assurance, quality control, auditing, testing strategy, process improvement and international standards.

Eric Riou du Cosquer has worked on IT projects as a developer, tester and test manager, and now operates on large IT projects to make sure QA and test activities are professionally managed and implemented at every level, by every stakeholder.

He is a TMMi accredited assessor and trainer, ISTQB Full Advanced Level certified, a former General Secretary of the ISTQB and a past president of the French ISTQB national board. His work focuses on audit, consulting and training to strengthen requirements engineering and testing processes.

Dominique Righetto, also known by the alias righettod, is a passionate Application Security specialist based in Luxembourg. Highly involved in knowledge sharing and the cybersecurity community, he has been contributing for many years to open-source projects and initiatives dedicated to improving software security.

He currently works at Thales Cybersecurity Services as a Subject Matter Expert in Application Security. Since 2011, he has also been actively involved with OWASP, contributing to several projects and currently leading the OWASP Secure Headers Project.

Alongside his professional activities, Dominique is involved in vulnerability research, open-source development, teaching, and cybersecurity conferences, with a strong focus on practical and accessible application security.

Ouamar Nedil is Director of Performance Engineering at OctoPerf, an enterprise-grade load testing platform built around Apache JMeter. With more than 15 years of experience in performance testing and engineering, he has worked across consulting, pre-sales, technical leadership and client-facing performance strategy.

At OctoPerf, he contributes to advanced testing practices through technical demonstrations, tutorials and content on topics such as JMeter extensions, test-script modularization and scalable performance testing.

Before joining OctoPerf, he worked at Sogeti and CGI on large-scale performance testing projects. He holds an engineering degree in Computer Science from Polytech Paris-UPMC.
